A machine-based version of Pilates using springs, straps, pulleys, and a sliding carriage to deliver a full-body workout that enhances strength, posture, flexibility, and balance.

Pilates Fundamentals is our dedicated beginners’ course designed just for you. It’s a gentle, step-by-step introduction to the Reformer, led by one of our expert instructors.Arrive about 5–10 minutes early (but definitely by 5 minutes before start time). This gives you a relaxed chance to meet your instructor, fill in any brief forms, and get comfortable with the space.

Arrive 5–15 minutes early to settle in, set up equipment, and meet the instructor.

Booking a class couldn’t be simpler with our user-friendly online booking system. Just head to our classes section, select your preferred session, and proceed to pay for one or multiple sessions as needed.

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Ultimately though whatever makes you feel comfortable!! Pilates is typically done wearing grip socks, which is obligatory in our Studio, they are available for purchase at the studio.

Don’t worry—it’s totally normal! Simply arrive early, let the instructor know it’s your first time, and feel free to ask questions at any point. Everyone here was a beginner once, too ☺️
